Forget braiding/twisting my hair for workouts. Too much work. Instead I pulled my hair into two ponytail puffs. I worked out and biked… Sweated… A LOT… So much so that my hair was drenched. I left my hair in the ponytail puffs until I thought it was dry.
When my hair was dry, I took down the puffs. I definitely experienced a texture change. My hair was stretched (from the ponytails) but also the ends laided down flatter (weren’t as puffy/ disheveled as before). After a wash, my hair has major shrinkage so I enjoy having a bit more length back.
